Want to learn how to mediate but afraid to take that first step? Join the Community Wellness Program for an introduction to meditation class that will help you reduce stress levels, relieve pain, improve memory, help you take charge of life and so much more!
Class takes place on Thursdays from 9:45 am-10:30 am.

Diabetes in Motion
We offer a monthly food and moving medicine class for people with diabetes. Each drop in session uses movement and food in fun and inspiring ways to bring awareness to the body.
The Syzygy Dance Project is dedicated to exploring ways to get circulation moving through the power of movement and dance. Learn More! Discover ways to make food your ally. The Caregivers Table is a teaching and cooking program designed to make cooking fun for all. The class is led by chef Catherine McConkie who brings practical and flavorful solutions to her teaching. Food Smarts Workshops are a great way for kids, adults and seniors to develop the cooking skills and acquire the nutrition information that empower them to eat more fresh, whole foods and to live healthier lives. Leah’s Pantry inspire people to make healthy, lasting changes by encouraging them to start from where they are. Through interactive activities, recipes, and discussions, clients learn to use what they learn to inform their choices – one step at a time. Learn More!
