The Community Wellness Program provides opportunities for the ZSFG community to receive FREE 10 minute chair massages. Massages are only offered on the 1st and 3rd Thursday of every month. Please arrive at the Community Wellness Center 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment. Should you arrive later than 2 minutes to your appointment, we have the right to offer it to someone else.
Sign ups for massage will begin at 10:45 am. All appointments are on a first-come, first-serve basis.
